About Us

At the heart of the Hiichiikok Foundation lies a simple yet bold belief: every child deserves a chance to thrive, learn, and contribute meaningfully to society. Rooted in the value of giving back to the community and inspired by the Chinese philosophy of “Return to society by one who has gained from it” ( 取之社会,用之社会 ),” the Foundation was established by Tan Sri Clement Hii to hopefully create a lasting, positive impact for children facing hardships.

The Foundation provides more than just shelter. We offer a nurturing home, a supportive community, and opportunities for growth for youngsters from underprivileged backgrounds. By focusing on their holistic growth through nurturing their physical well-being, caring for their emotional and social growth and equipping them with key life skills, we strive to break the cycle of poverty and unlock each child’s potential.

Today, the Foundation stands as a community of hope, powered by dedicated caregivers, volunteers, partners, and generous supporters working together to uplift children and the needy into empowered, compassionate, and future-ready individuals.

We also provide academic scholarships and private tuition to hundreds of B-40 students as part of our holistic approach to create more productive members of the society of those who are now viewed as lost, last and the least.
